Share employee access link to the BM (Business Manager) and grant admin permission for the Ads Account inside the BM.

Use direct advertising method to get the BM link and access the Ads Account.

If customer needs to use Pixel, they can send the Pixel through our BM so we can assign it to the Ads Account.
